Diagnosis

Six clues, one condition. Call it early to score.

This is a game about clinical reasoning, not a diagnostic tool. Every case is a classic textbook presentation chosen because it is recognisable, written to teach how findings fit together. Real illness rarely arrives this tidily. Nothing here is medical advice, none of it can be used to evaluate symptoms in yourself or anyone else, and no real patient appears in any case. If something is worrying you, speak to a clinician.

  1. Presenting complaint

Clue 1 of 6 — name it now for 6 points

How to play

  • Six clues, revealed one at a time in the order a clinician would meet them.
  • Name the condition whenever you like. Naming it early scores more.
  • A wrong answer costs you a clue, exactly as taking the next clue does.
  • Six clues used and still wrong ends the case, and the answer is shown.
